1. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Customers are required to inspect the condition of the goods and may request a return or exchange at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
- The product is not of the correct type, model, or as described in the order or on the website at the time of purchase.
- The quantity is insufficient or items are missing compared to the order.
- The external condition is damaged (e.g., torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.).
Customers are responsible for providing relevant evidence/documents to verify the above issues in order to complete the return or exchange process.
2. Timeframe for Notification and Return
- Notification period: Within 48 hours from the time of receipt for cases involving missing accessories, gifts, or damaged items.
- Return period: Within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Return location: Customers may return products directly to our office/store or send them via postal/courier services.

3. Return & Exchange Methods
- We will replace the product with the correct item as originally ordered in cases of incorrect delivery, wrong quantity, or products not meeting the committed standards.
- In case the ordered product is out of stock, we may offer an alternative product of equivalent value, subject to customer agreement.
- If the customer no longer wishes to proceed due to product defects or does not agree with the replacement, we will issue a refund via bank transfer or another agreed method within 7 working days from the date of receiving the request.
(Any bank transfer fees, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.) - In cases where shipping costs arise for returns or exchanges, customers will bear these costs and pay directly to the shipping provider.
