1. Delivery Time and Coverage
To provide convenience for customers, Slipring.com.vn offers nationwide delivery.
- Inner-city areas: Delivery within 2–3 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Outer-city areas: Delivery within 5–7 working days from the date the order is received.
In some cases, delivery may take longer due to force majeure situations, including:
- Unable to contact the customer by phone for delivery confirmation
- Incorrect or hard-to-find delivery address
- Sudden increase in order volume causing delays in processing
- Delays from suppliers or third-party logistics providers
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the rates of third-party delivery service providers.
- The exact shipping fee will be informed to customers during order confirmation.
- For bulk orders or wholesale customers in provinces, we will arrange delivery via logistics partners.
- Shipping fees will be applied according to the carrier’s pricing or as agreed in the contract between both parties.
3. Responsibilities for Shipping Documents
- All orders are carefully packed and sealed by Slipring.com.vn before shipment.
- The delivery partner is responsible for transporting goods under the principle of “sealed and intact delivery”, ensuring that packages are not opened or damaged during transit.
Each package includes:
- Recipient information (name, phone number, and delivery address)
- Tracking number (shipping code)
To ensure transparency, Slipring.com.vn will include a valid financial invoice or delivery note inside the package (if applicable).
The delivery partner is responsible for providing relevant shipping documents to customers and to competent authorities upon request during the delivery process.
4. Responsibility for Damaged Goods During Transportation
In case goods are damaged during transportation (whether delivered by us or a third-party carrier), Slipring.com.vn will take responsibility for resolving the issue.
- Customers have the right to refuse the delivery and request a return/exchange according to our policy.
- We will work directly with the logistics partner to handle compensation based on the agreement between both parties.
Note: In case of delivery delays, we will promptly inform customers. Customers may choose to cancel the order or continue waiting.
5. Inspection Policy
Customers have the right to inspect the goods before payment. Product trials are not supported.
- Please open the package to check that the product matches the ordered model and quantity.
- Do not use or test the product before acceptance.
After confirming the product is satisfactory:
- Customers proceed with payment to the delivery staff (for COD orders) and receive the goods.
If customers are not satisfied:
- They may refuse the order.
- A return shipping fee equivalent to the original shipping cost will be charged.
Notes:

- Please avoid using sharp objects when opening the package to prevent product damage.
- In cases where damage is caused by the customer, Slipring.com.vn will not be able to support returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
